Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Your order will be delivered by the "best means available", either courier or Royal Mail. Whichever carrier is used, you will be notified by email that your order has been dispatched. Orders placed with Aqua Leisure (swimming pools & spas) ltd will normally be delivered within 10 working days subject to stock levels and availability from the manufacturer. If we are unable to meet this criteria then you will be offered either an alternative product or a refund.


DELIVERY CHARGES:

Delivery charges apply to all products and are based on the weight of the item, the total cost of delivery will be shown on the checkout screen. You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and the method of carriage including any tracking number where appropriate.


RETURNS POLICY:

Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Aqua Leisure (swimming pools & spas) ltd, for a full refund.

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days to Customer Services.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us. In this case, the goods should be returned to us. Please read the Return or Exchange an item section below.


RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt or exchange the item if preferred. Please note that the returned item must be in its original, unopened packaging and be of re-saleable condition.

Please note -
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM:

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Aqua Leisure (swimming pools & spas) ltd quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
